Trauma is often the root cause of many of the issues we face. It makes us believe that we are not worthy of love, so we spend our lives trying to validate that we are. We seek that validation in the wrong places, prioritising others over ourselves and settling for less. We feel trapped and powerless to create change and attain the life, relationships, and joy we deserve. Does this sound familiar?

A staggering 95% of people are affected by trauma, ranging from major 'Big T' traumas like sexual abuse or the death of a loved one to smaller 'little t' traumas, where our emotional needs weren't met during stressful times. Regardless of its magnitude, trauma shapes our self-perception and reality, profoundly impacting our emotional well-being, shaping our relationships, and causing a disconnection from ourselves, our bodies, and our self-worth.

We can't erase past experiences or completely change societal norms, but by understanding and integrating our trauma, we can change ourselves and the course of our future.

Hi, I’m Kate, a trauma integration coach and educator who understands firsthand the challenges of overcoming trauma.

Throughout my life, I have suffered with my mental health, addictions, sexual trauma, eating disorders, toxic relationships, and emotional dysregulation. I have been diagnosed and misdiagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, neurodivergence, c-PTSD, PTSD, clinical depression, eating disorders and high-functioning anxiety. Through therapy, coaching, and education, I discovered that trauma was the root cause of the majority of the issues that reclaimed my agency and took back control of my life.

My own experience led me to become an ICF-certified coach and specialize in trauma integration. Through my work, I strive to help women reconnect with their true selves, break free from the shackles of trauma, and build lives filled with purpose and fulfilment.

Healing any form of trauma requires immense courage, and my role is to facilitatea process where you feel acknowledged, understood, and appreciated for the remarkable person you are.

My one-to-one coaching provides a collaborative, safe and judgement-free space. By understanding the imprint of trauma and how it has shaped you and your life, we can rebuild your self-trust, resilience, self-acceptance, compassion, and, most importantly, your lust for life.

My coaching methodology is firmly rooted in evidence-based techniques and principles. I draw from Compassionate Inquiry®, the Polyvagal Theory, somatic experiencing, CBT, positive psychology, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems and goal-setting strategies. I meld this foundation with intuitive guidance and attentive listening, ensuring a holistic approach tailored specifically to your needs and objectives.
